Do you remember skipping rocks in spring?
Junior year; 2024. White silk organza is laser cut to mimic the way water ripples when a stone is skipped across a pond's surface. On the back of the top, there is another panel made of the same fabric that is laser-etched with my mom's handwriting, with buttons sewn underneath to act as the skipping rock. Sky blue 100% linen fabric was chosen to compliment the laser-treated organza.
